Features

One chatbot. The whole support surface.

Elennai is an AI support chatbot for your website. It reads the content you already have and answers from it instantly, in the visitor's own language, at three in the morning - and when an answer is not enough, it can walk the visitor through the steps on your site. Everything here is shipped and running today, with the plan it starts on written next to it - except the last section, which says so.

Knowledge and answering

It answers from what you already wrote.

No new knowledge base to maintain. Point the chatbot at the content that exists, and keep editing it where you edit it today.

Reads your whole site

The crawler follows your sitemap and respects robots.txt, then tells you which pages it could not read and why. Pages are re-crawled on a schedule, so an edit tonight is answered tomorrow.

Crawler in the docs

Notion, Google Drive and HubSpot articles

Connect the workspace, pick what the chatbot may read, and edits flow through on the next sync. Everything you did not select stays untouched.

Included from Starter and up.

All integrations

Files, when a file is the source of truth

PDF, DOCX, Markdown and plain text upload into the same index as everything else, so a policy document and a help page answer the same question the same way.

Data sources

Sources attached to the answer

Every reply names what it read. A wrong answer becomes a documentation bug you can find and fix, instead of an argument about what the model meant.

Setup and quality

It sets itself up, then grades its own work.

Setup is a pipeline, not a checklist you work through. It runs on its own and reports what it could not cover.

Automatic setup pipeline

Point it at your content and it builds the answer index, tunes retrieval for your material and reports progress while it works. You get a notification in the dashboard when the agent is ready.

Setup steps

Golden question sets

The pipeline writes a set of questions from your own content and answers them, so quality is measured against your material rather than a generic benchmark.

Coverage certified section by section

Each part of your knowledge is graded separately, so you find out that shipping is well covered and billing is not, rather than reading one score that hides both.

A gap list you can act on

Questions it could not answer are kept as gaps in your content, with the section they belong to. Writing one paragraph is usually the whole fix.

Live chat and team

When it should be a person, it is a person.

The handoff is part of the product, not a fallback. The conversation your team picks up already contains everything the chatbot learned.

Three doors to a human

The visitor types the phrase you chose, presses the handoff button in the widget, or the chatbot decides on its own that this one needs a person.

Included on Pro and Scale. €29 a month on Starter and Growth.

How handoff works

An inbox that behaves like a helpdesk

Priority, tags, assignment, snooze and a first-response clock that only runs during your opening hours, so a night-time message does not burn your service level.

Inside the inbox

Your team, with roles

Invite teammates, give each one a role, and set what they may see and do per surface. An operator can answer conversations without reaching your billing.

Saved replies, notes and CSAT

Answer with saved replies, leave private internal notes on a conversation, and ask the visitor how it went with a rating and a short post-resolution survey.

Guided actions

When an answer is not enough.

The flagship feature on top of the answering: Elennai opens the right page on your site, fills in what it already knows, and stops at the step that needs a person. A visible cursor shows every move, so nobody has to wonder what just happened.

Recorded or scanned, never guessed

Record a flow by clicking through it once yourself, or point Elennai at your site and it proposes flows from the pages and forms it actually finds. Nothing reaches your catalogue until you save it.

Included from Pro. On Starter and Growth it comes with the Guided Actions add-on at €99 a month.

How a run works

The model never writes a selector

Every step is derived from the real HTML on your page. The model groups and names flows; it cannot invent a button that is not there, and a page it no longer recognises stops the run instead of guessing.

The invariant

Off by default, gated, sensitive

Guided actions do nothing until you turn them on, one saved flow at a time. Mark a step sensitive and the run stops there and asks. Any flow can end with a human instead.

Control switches

Answering is what the chatbot does all day. Guided actions are the feature that carries a conversation past the answer, and the flagship page walks through a full run, where the steps come from, and what it will not do.

Integrations

It plugs into the tools your answers already live in.

Knowledge in, work out. The conversation stops being a thing that only exists inside a chat widget.

Notion and Google Drive

The pages and files your team already writes become the answer layer on your site, and stay in sync when they change.

Included from Starter and up.

Notion integration

Slack

The same chatbot, same knowledge, answering in the channel or the direct message where the question was actually asked.

Included from Growth and up.

Slack integration

HubSpot, in both directions

Knowledge base in; contacts, notes and tickets out; and a contact lookup mid-conversation so the chatbot answers with what your CRM already knows.

Included from Starter and up.

HubSpot integration

Stripe

Connect Stripe with a restricted key you make yourself, and invoice, subscription and payment questions are answered inside the conversation. Who it has to be sure it is talking to first is your rule.

Included from Growth and up.

Stripe integration

Your own tools

Give the chatbot your own REST endpoints or a read-only database connection, scoped to exactly the reads you want. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

Included from Pro. On Starter and Growth it comes with the REST API + database connections add-on at €19 a month.

API and custom tools
Analytics and value

Proof it is working.

Support tools are easy to buy and hard to justify a year later. These are the numbers that make the case for you.

Deflection, time and money saved

The dashboard shows how many conversations never reached a human, what that is worth in hours, and how the number moves as your content improves.

Included from Starter and up.

What customers keep asking about

Topics are clustered from real conversations, so the thing your inbox is drowning in shows up as a line on a page instead of a feeling.

Feature requests, mined

Requests customers make in passing are collected, grouped and pushed to a webhook, so the product team hears them without reading transcripts.

Included from Scale. On Starter, Growth and Pro it comes with the Feature request inbox add-on at €19 a month.

Every conversation, in full

Transcript, the sources the answer used, the actions it ran and the rating the visitor left. Nothing about a conversation is hidden from you.

Security and control

Security you can check.

Named controls, not adjectives. Each one is described in full on the security page.

Per-workspace isolation

Your workspace's data is never visible to another customer, and your agent only answers on the domains you approved.

Security overview

Two-factor sign-in

Any account can enrol an authenticator app and gets single-use recovery codes. One honest detail: a password reset does not clear the factor, so keep the codes reachable.

How sign-in works

Take your data with you

A workspace owner can request a full export of conversations, documents, contacts and settings. It is prepared in the background and delivered as a link that expires.

EU residency and an audit log

Hosting, document storage and backups stay inside the European Union, and account changes are written to an audit log you can read.

On the roadmap

Being built. We will say so when it ships.

Three things we are working on, and what you can already do instead of waiting for them.

Workflows with routing by topic

Not available yet

Today a handoff reaches your shared inbox and a person picks it up. Being designed: rules that send a billing question to the billing group and a bug to support, before anyone opens it.

What ships todayVote for it on the roadmap

Auto-record from your site

Not available yet

Today you record a flow by clicking through it once, or accept one that a whole-site scan proposed. Being designed: the recorder watching a real session and drafting the flow for you to approve.

A Shopify connector

Not available yet

Today you can wire a read-only tool against the Shopify API with your own credentials, and the agent walks a customer through a return on your own storefront. Being designed: connecting the shop itself, so order status arrives without anyone building the tool.

Start with the answers. Turn on the actions when you are ready.

Sign up in under a minute, no card. Connect your content, let the setup pipeline grade its own coverage, and turn on guided actions later, one saved flow at a time. Guided actions include 250 runs a month.
